Not Indispensable But Relevant
Yes, no one is indispensable but there are some individuals that are very important and vital that replacing them becomes almost impossible because of their level of relevance. Their dedication to doing what they know to do best.

If you have nothing to offer, you are not important to anyone, no one needs you and you are not relevant.
God had already given you those gifts to make you stand out and remain relevant, the real questions now are : Are you going to use? And How are you going to use it?
There is a piece of greatness knitted into each individual, if you don’t utilize yours, it is a loss to your generation.
Are you going to bury those gift in you like the guy with the 1 talent in the parable just because it is minor or because it is too common, probably you don’t even think it is a gift to begin with? But just as every man is different so is the deposition of God in you, it is unique to you and you alone.
It might not be huge and noticeable like leadership qualities or soul rendering vocals. It might be your little ability to show care and affection, to liven up a room, to spread joy and hope, it might even be your way with words, speaking with wisdom to alleviate hurt and inspire hope or even your ability to listen and pay attention to people, offering a shoulder to lean on.
It is your own gift, it is unique to you and valuable to your generation.
The reason we are limited to only the gifts and talents in our generation is because some individuals have seen their abilities too common or too obscure and irrelevant to use, so they opt in for what others are doing already. Remember you, yes you are different, there is no one in the world like you, so why don’t you unleash your own potential and stun the world.
Yes, Humans are dispensable but you can choose to be relevant.
