Stay Blind
Here is an aspect which talks about living the life of Yourself.
In our world today, many people try to compare and measure up with their fellow human beings created by the Creator (God). This has become a main obstacle to a successful life.
None of us want to live without being noticed or recognized; we want people to see us for what we have achieved. However, instead of being ourselves and move on, we look at who we are and what we have and think we are not good enough; so we subconsciously invest our lives trying to be someone else but we actually forgot that when God created us at the beginning, He did not use anyone as a blueprint but Himself and we, being ignorant of this, forget our identities. Therefore, instead of being a Lion, we become like domesticated dogs in cages.
A lot of times, we question the greatest work of the creator; asking blurred, blunt, blind and blurt questions forgetting that for everything we are, God has a visioned plan and purpose for it. Some ladies browse through the magazine, wishing to look like the girl in the magazine not having the slightest idea that the girl in the magazine doesn’t even look like the girl in the magazine.
All of these bring me to this point; We Need To Stay Blind.
Cobhams Azuquo said; “On your way to your destination, what you see can also be a big distraction from your goal. So you have to be blind in order to be focused. Focus is blindness in a sense”. You need to stay focused and stay blind and literally tag yourself disable, or what’s the essence of having sight without vision? That would be as good as a big-time failure.
You need to stay blind to all distractions. Stay blind to you wanting to be like your favorite celebrities putting on fancy clothes with shiny rims, stay blind to people who are ahead of you and focus on your life. Keep your 100+% focus on your vision and your future. Then, you will find Ability in your Dis-Ability.
Be the You that God wants you to be and remember; to be number 1, you need to be ODD.
