God wants me, the society also wants me…
This is the kind of battle that goes on on a daily basis between our spirit and our flesh. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. A lot of times, we need to sacrifice a lot of things to ensure that our Father is pleased with us.
A lot of times, the devil tries his best to have his way but we have a choice to either let him or not.
Quite a lot of young people today are sheepishly following the patterns of the world but few see the possibility and importance of standing out and being responsible. It might seem quite difficult but it will eventually lead you to being the son or daughter in whom God is well pleased. Don’t you think it would be great to hear that from your Father? Especially in a world where people seem to turn their backs on God.
Dear Teenager, dear Youth, Be wise and Stand out. Be separate, come out from amongst them and be separate. Even though we are in this world, we are not of this world, even though we are surrounded with dirt and uncleanness all around us, we do not have to soil ourselves in the same dirt and uncleanness.
As young people, we are not too young to lay our hands on the sick and they recover, we are not too young to raise the dead, we are not too young to cause a change and an impact the world will never recover from. We were created as extraordinary beings with extraordinary purposes and extraordinary gifts and talents that the world needs but we need to pay the price and come out from the rest.
It is time to be consistent and cultivate the right habits and watch ourselves grow.
Joash was a young man that was put in charge of an entire nation of people who were old enough to be his grandparents. So it is really not about the age but about why you have been placed where you are. Another person God is using in this present age is Jekalyn Carr, a 19 year old lady who started working for God at a very tender age.
It is never too early for God to start using you neither is it ever too late to discover why He created you. Awake to your responsibilities. Your life is in your hands and whatever becomes of it depends on you.
Just in case you have been struggling with why you are here and why God created you, why don’t you take a different step by accepting Jesus today. He has great plans for you and He loves you.
You Are Never Alone.
