Naked
How long would it take for you to go completely naked?
LOL… Not referring to you being out of your clothes, but you being out of your own damn way.
It seems right to you, maybe cos you have not seen one better.
Being totally naked means removing everything you ever thought was right, making mistakes and realizing your mistakes. Pushing yourself to your limits, getting to see you for who you really are.
It is really hard especially for a grown man to stand naked quite literally. He has come to know so much, his environment has taught him so much and anything other than what he knows is alien to him.
We often forget that there is no progress without letting go of ourselves. We really cannot move forward still trapped in our selfish state.
Until we come to the end of ourselves, we have no idea what we are capable of. As long as we remain full of ourselves, we remain blind to the unlimited opportunities lying around us, waiting to be utilized.
How do we get naked? Easy, go back to One. Go back to the beginning. Take off the weighty garment of self-acclaimed pride, the heavy belt of achievements you so want the world to see, the comfort pants you never want to get off you and the loads of self you got buried in that bag of yours.
It is never easy to strip naked, especially for a grown man or woman. Lol. It is easier for a baby than for an adult. But maybe that is what you need to be in order to break through those pullbacks, setbacks and trips that always seem so clinged to you no matter what you do.
No matter what you do, it won’t be enough until you go back to one, until you embrace your naked state, until you let everyone see who you really are on the inside.
Not what you have made them believe, not what you think or assume you are, not what you have been made to believe.
Some of the things we have faced, are facing or will eventually face later on are to remove the coats covering us. It’s like unpeeling a banana. You wouldn’t want to eat it with its back, but will first peel the back and enjoy the main course.
The banana might feel nothing while it’s being peeled but you will feel a lot of pain. You’ll want to give up, you’ll want to run away but no matter how far or fast you run, you cannot run fast enough or far enough. You will always have to come back to the beginning. You will always have to come back to your origin. You will always have to come back to one.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
You will not be thrown out or rejected
But you will be clothed with beauty
Beauty so beautiful everyone will be awed
And where you have been rejected, you will be embraced with open arms because Now, they see you… Naked
