We all know of love, some have more experience with it than others, but we know of love.

Some know the feeling, especially when it deviates from that between family, when you love another person, you would want to make that person happy, see to the care and well-being of that person.

Now imagine if this person you love so much and you are willing to do almost everything humanly possible to ensure their happiness, scorns at your love? That would hurt right? It would feel like you’ve been punched right in the guts, sucker-punched.

Well that’s how it is with us and God, every day and time we take his love for granted, go chasing the world, reject him, we punch him in the guts over and over again, now that’s a lot of blows.

Amazing fact, despite our constant rejection of him, he doesn’t stop loving, he doesn’t stop giving, he doesn’t stop caring, human strength and effort weans, but his definitely doesn’t, the ferocity of his love stays the same, always and despite.

As cliché as it may sound, know this, NO ONE CAN LOVE YOU LIKE GOD.

So everyday when you wake, every time you smile, even when the tears threaten to fall, remember, you’re loved, loved by love Himself, now there’s no better feeling than that.
