Smile
1, 2, 3, Smile…
It is beyond the smile for the tabloids
Beyond the face you want everyone to see
Far beyond the “celebrity act” just for the public
Often times it is hard to smile when circumstances around you are bent on exploiting your sad emotions
It seems really difficult to relax that pretty face in the midst of wrinkling situations
Take a pause to think about this;
The problem a lot of people have is not the problems they are faced with but their attitude to those problems
You can decide not to react in the way your problems and challenges want you to react
I have seen many people cumbered with very similar problems but react in very different way
I have seen people smile and gain strength in the midst of challenges
I have seen others cry and shrink in the midst of those challenges
Smiling in the midst of a plethora of challenges and a huge storm creates an explosion of hope for yourself and those around you
An explosion so loud that it’s got a lot of people on their feet, fired up to press on
While some portray a visible picture which does not go beyond the outer portrait, I believe the best form of reaction you can give is a true smile generated from the inside that transcends to the outside
Tears limit what you can see while a smile broadens your mind and shows you what others may not be able to see
So at those moments when you really feel the best thing to do is to cry; generate a smile
At moments when you are really frustrated; take a moment and let out a smile
Try to think of such moments as not happening TO you but happening FOR you
Even in the darkest tunnel, your smile can spark up light which looks small initially but don’t forget that a little spark causes a great flame; your will is the fuel it needs
Your smiles make you feel strong even when your weaknesses seem to stare at you in the face
It’s like looking at a beautiful disaster; you just have to look beyond the disaster to find the beauty
Always have it in mind that you have a family
Those who have got a family are the richest in the world
This family goes beyond blood relations
There are people that truly and genuinely care about you.
So smile because, You Are Never Alone…
